How to change your mail server settings in Windows 10 (Outlook), and Android

Windows 10 – Outlook

it is assumed that you have an email account already setup

Step 1

Open your control panel.

Press the Windows button on your keyboard, then type Control Panel.

Once you have the Control Panel open, select “Mail (Microsoft Outlook)“.

Step 2

Select “Email Accounts“, this will now display a new window, detailing the available email accounts.

Step 3

Select the account you wish to modify, then select “Change” from the toolbar.

Step 4

From the POP and IMAP Accounts Settings of the selected email account. Change the Incoming and Outgoing mail server to: mail.stackmail.com

Select “Next” to finish

Android

it is assumed that you have an email account already setup

Step 1

Open your email account on your phone, then select the hamburger menu (the three horizontal lines), you are looking for the settings.

Select the settings menu, could be a gear icon.

Step 2

From the settings screen, select “Incoming settings, then change the server to: mail.stackmail.com

 

Select “DONE” when you have made the changes, this will take you back to the settings screen.

 

Now select “Outgoing settings” and change the SMTP server to: mail.stackmail.com

Select DONE when you have finished
